- Are all your products authentic?
All of our products are 100% genuine we are able to sell our products at low prices as we have low overheads, we receive a good deal and pass on an excellent deal to you the customer.
- Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
We do offer a gift wrapping service, for £2.00 per product
- What happens if an item is out of stock?
Everything you see on the site we do hold in stock. On the rare occasion that something is out of stock we can get it ordered and aim to have it delivered to you in under 10 days if you wish. Please feel free to email us to request anything that we do not stock at enquiries@sweetestscents.co.uk
- What if i want to cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed through sweetest scents then unfortunately the shipping process has been started and subsiquently we are unable to cancel the order.
- What is the differance between EDT, EDP, EDC and Parfum?
EDC- this has around 3-5% of the perfume essence
EDT- this has approx 5-10% of the perfume essence
EDP- this has around 8-15% of the actual perfume essence
PARFUM- this is the most expensive type of perfume with approx 15-30% of the perfume essence
The stronger the perfume the longer it lasts or the less you have to wear, depending on your skin type.
- Do you send overseas?
Yes products can be sent overseas but relevant postage cost will be applied to your order
- What if my order hasn't arrived?
Please allow 10 working days since dispatch, please initially check with your post office to ensure that they are not holding the parcel, and if you have still not recieved your order we will take further action. But we at Sweetest Scents shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage to goods delivered that is caused by any circumstance or by a third party. |
